Welcome to Miralyno. These terms of service govern your use of our meditation and calm practice offerings on miralyno.com. By accessing or booking any service, info product, or purchasing any goods, you agree to these terms, effective 2025.

1. Services

Miralyno offers guided meditation sessions, group workshops, and one-on-one calm practice consultations. All services are subject to availability.

1.1 Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a scheduled session free of charge up to 72 hours before the start time. Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours prior will incur a 50% fee of the booked session price. Cancellations under 24 hours before the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no extra charge.

1.2 Non-Refundable Specialized Services

Certain premium or limited-capacity retreats and masterclasses require material preparation and instructor commitment. These offerings are explicitly labeled as non-refundable. This policy ensures resource planning and quality experience for all participants.

2. Info Products

Miralyno’s digital downloads include guided meditation audio, e-books, and video courses. Purchasers have a 14-day period from the date of delivery to request a refund if the product is unused or defective. Requests must be submitted via email. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment channel within 10 business days. After the 14-day window, all sales are final.

3. Physical Goods

Physical products such as meditation cushions, mats, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery if defective or damaged. To initiate a return, contact our support team. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item arrives faulty. Upon receipt and inspection, Miralyno will issue a refund to the original payment method within 15 business days or offer a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Refund and Reimbursement Procedures

All refunds and reimbursements are processed through the original payment channel. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to complete. If you have not received confirmation after this period, contact us for an update.

5. Limitation of Liability

Miralyno provides services and products "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our offerings.
